a. Pixpaint provides custom portrait painting services to Users. b. Users can upload images of subjects for portrait paintings, select painting styles, and customize painting specifications. c. Pixpaint will create and deliver the portrait paintings based on the User’s specifications.
3. Ordering Process
a. Users must provide accurate information and images for the portrait paintings. b. Users are responsible for any copyright or ownership permissions required for the images they provide. c. Pixpaint reserves the right to refuse any order that violates copyright laws or contains inappropriate content.
4. Payment
a. Users agree to pay the specified price for the portrait painting services. b. Payment must be made in full before Pixpaint begins work on the portrait painting. c. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Pixpaint.
5. Delivery
a. Pixpaint will deliver portrait paintings to the address provided by the User. b. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the painting and other factors. c. Pixpaint is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
6. Copyright and Ownership
a. Users retain ownership of the images they provide for portrait paintings. b. Pixpaint retains ownership of the artwork it creates. c. Pixpaint may use images of completed portrait paintings for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon with the User.
7. Refunds and Returns
a. Refunds will only be issued if the portrait painting does not meet the specifications agreed upon by the User. b. Users must notify Pixpaint of any issues with the portrait painting within 14 days of delivery. c. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Pixpaint.
8. Limitation of Liability

Pixpaint is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from delays in delivery or defects in portrait paintings. c. Pixpaint’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the portrait painting service.
9. Governing Law
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. b. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Kochi, Kerala, India.
10. Amendments
